Job Description

Role title: AGM
Function: SNOC-PMS
Band– M2
Department: Performance Management
Location: UAE
Role purpose: – Handling new Mobility reports , requirements and their development.
 
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
 
1- To ensure new requirements are captured and demand is fulfilled on time.
2- Maintaining and tracking the changes in the requirement and calculate the additional time and resource required.
3- KPI development for any new technology like 4G,5G,Mobility or new OEM
4- Transformational projects like Swapping or version controls of the tool.
5- Ensure the adherence to process/Compliance
6- Health Safety & Wellbeing

Requirements

Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
  • Minimum Experience 5 to 8 Yrs. in either Radio or VOLTE.
  • Basic Knowledge of 2G/3G/LTE,Paco,VOLTE network.
  • Good knowledge of performance related KPI’s development, MYCOM tool proficiency, PYTHON and excel macros expert.
  • Worked over OSS database based on SQL query
Must have technical / professional qualifications: – BE/BTech
